➕ Submit a Demographic Change Ticket

A Demographic Change ticket within CardPointe is used to request a phone number, mailing address, contact email address, or physical location address change.

✍️ Please note: If you're looking to change more than one item at a time, only one ticket needs to be made. Please make sure to specify all the information you're looking to change.

  1. Navigate to the Support tab and click Create Ticket.

  2. If you have multiple merchant locations, double check the correct location is selected. A demographic change ticket must be created for each location you'd like to update the information for.

  3. Select Demographic Change from the Reason dropdown.

  4. Enter the required information in the description field. We suggest being as clear as possible, for example:

    • "Please update my business address to 123 Green St, City, State, Zip"

    • "Please update my Contact email to [email protected]"

    • "Please update my Contact & Business phone number to (111) 111-1111"

  5. When finished, click Save to submit the ticket.
