📨 Send Review Requests to Clients
For your clients to receive a message prompting them for a review, they need appointment notifications turned on in their profile for either email or text messages.

Click Clients.

Under Client Information, check the box for either Email Address or Text Message.

Once your client has appointment notifications turned on, they receive a message prompting them for a review whenever you close a ticket for them. They click the link in the email or text message to rate their visit and leave a message if they want.
✍️Note: Clients only receive one review request per day, and only if they purchased a service.

Click either Copy link without replies or Copy link with replies.

From here, you can view all reviews from any linked social media accounts. You can also click individual reviews to reply. If you have client reviews embedded on your website, you can choose whether to display or hide each review on your website.
