๐ฏ What Can Be Color-Coded
Learn more about which appointment attributes support color coding and how those rules are applied.
โ ๏ธ Please Note:
โColor codes cannot be applied based on the appointment ticket status (Open / Canceled / Voided). Color-coding is applied based on attributes like confirmation type, referral type, service ID or service category, not the ticket status.

When an open ticket meets more than one color-coding rule, the software applies the rule with the highest priority.
You can reorder priority by selecting a rule in the Appointment Color Code Priority for Open Tickets list and using Increase Priority or Decrease Priority.
Example:
If Confirmation Type is higher than Service ID, the confirmation color will display instead of the service color.
