If the the DPI (Dots Per Inch) setting on your computer being set too high within Windows, you may have some text and/or controls that are being cut off in the software. These instructions will help you modify your Windows settings to make everything viewable.

Adjust the DPI (Dots Per Inch) settings in Windows by following these steps:

  1. In Windows, got the the Windows Start button and select Settings. From there, select System > Display. Make sure that the bar for "Change the size of text,apps, and other items" is all the way to the left and is at 100%(recommended)

  2. If you are using a version of Windows prior to Windows 10, go to the Control Panel and select Display. Make sure the option for "Smaller - 100%" is selected and click on Apply at the bottom of the screen.

  3. After completing the above steps, you may need to log out and back in to Windows or restart your computer for changes take effect.
