If you are unable to access your software or your credit card terminal, CardPointe's Virtual Terminal has you covered. This tool lets you securely process payments directly through your merchant portal, ensuring seamless transactions no matter the situation.

⚠️ Important Note: Transactions processed through the Virtual Terminal do not automatically sync with DaySmart Software. If you use the Virtual Terminal to complete a payment, you will need to manually update and close the corresponding ticket within DaySmart Software to ensure accurate records and reporting.
