⚠️ Please note

The fees mentioned below are CardConnect only; Stripe merchants are not subject to fees

Daysmart does not provide refunds for account fees charged prior to the completion of the cancellation form. To avoid additional charges, ensure the form is filled out promptly or contact Daysmart directly. CardPointe Support is not authorized to handle integrated cancellations.

If the cancellation form is not filled out, then fees will continue for your account on the 2nd of every month. Depending on your account setup, fees can be:

  • PCI non-compliance

  • Leased device fees

Do Independent service providers need to close their own accounts?

To make the cancellation process as smooth as possible, we kindly ask that each Internet Service Provider (ISP) fill out their own cancellation form. This helps us keep everything organized since each ISP has its own bank account and tax ID to verify.

If a cancellation request is submitted after the 14th of the month, monthly fees (including device fees, minimum processing fees, and PCI compliance fees) may still apply for that billing cycle.
