Learn how to find and download the correct driver for your Epson receipt printer.

The software works with most receipt printers, but we recommend Epson receipt printers. Below are direct links to download drivers for the Epson TM T88V and Epson TM T20II. If you're using a different Epson model, follow the alternate steps below to find your driver on Epson's website.

  1. Click the link below for your printer model:

  2. Scroll down and check the box for Accept.

  3. Select Download to begin downloading the driver.

  1. Click here to go to Epson's website.

  2. Select the type of printer you have.

  3. Select your printer model.

  4. Expand the section for your operating system and select Download Page.

  5. Scroll down and check the box for Accept.

  6. Select Download to begin downloading the driver.


💻 Installing Printer Drivers

⚠️ Please Note: Make sure your printer is connected with a USB cord to your computer and powered on before following the steps below.

  1. Open the file that was downloaded for the driver.

  2. For the T20II, select the file labeled APD_511R1_T20II. For the T88V, select the file labeled APD_511R1_T88V.

  3. Select Run. The printer driver installer will open.

  1. Select Next.

  2. Select Agree.

  3. Select Install.

  4. The driver will begin installing. Once prompted, select Next.

  5. In the Communication Settings section, click the Port Type drop-down menu.

  6. Select USB.

  7. Select Save settings.

  8. When prompted that your printer settings have been saved, select Yes to print a test receipt.

  9. Select OK.

  10. If the test receipt printed, select Next.

  11. Select Close.

Driver installation complete

Your printer is now set up to print from Windows. Next, you'll need to select the printer within the software.

  1. Go to Tools in the top-left corner.

  2. Select Options.

  3. Select the Hardware Setup tab.

  4. Select Configure Receipt Printer.

  5. In the Settings section, choose Use standard full-size Windows printer or USB receipt printer.

  6. Select Select on the right and choose your Epson receipt printer, then select OK.

  7. Select Print Test Receipt and follow the prompts to print a test receipt.

  8. When the receipt prints successfully, select OK in the Receipt Printer Setup window. Your receipt printer is now properly configured.

What if my test receipt doesn't print?
