Deleting Multiple/Recurring Time Blocks

These instructions will help you if you have created multiple or recurring Time Blocks in your software and need to remove some or all of the occurrences. This is a simple thing to do using the Tickets screen.

  1. Navigate to the Tickets screen.

  2. In the Tickets To Show section on the left, select the Time Block radio bubble.

  3. Click the Search By Date button near the Search bar at the top of the screen. Then the "Select Search Date Range" dialog box will open and you can set the desired start and end dates for your search. This will display all the existing time blocks for that date range.

  4. If you need to narrow your search further in the More Search Options section.

  5. Highlight the Time Blocks to be deleted by:

    • Clicking on the first occurrence and dragging your mouse to the last occurrence or

    • By clicking on the first occurrence and then holding the Shift key on your keyboard and clicking on the last occurrence.

  6. When you have your selection(s) highlighted, press the Delete key on your keyboard and then confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.
